About the Role
We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, develop machine learning models, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with modern data science tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for business applications.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
- Build predictive and statistical models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Optimize existing models and improve their performance.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and best practices throughout the analytics lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python or R
- Experience with SQL
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Strong knowledge of statistics and mathematics
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Matplotlib
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2–6 years of relevant industry experience.
